Job Title: QUALITY ENGINEER(ID3292)
Location: Serangoon
Working Hours:Mon-Thurs 8am to 6pm, Fri 8am to 5pm
Ensure jig and fixture are designed/fabricated appropriately for aiding measurement if required.
Perform measurement equipment programming.
Ensures parts meet design specifications, test & quality requirements and notifies the suppliers of approved or non-approved results with proper analysis / reporting.
Supplier management and development activities.
Managing of Incoming inspection activities.
Teamwork and ability to work effectively across functional groups, teams and inter companies to ensure requirements are met.
Training of QC inspector in measurement.
Ability to act with a sense of urgency.

Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerances.Ensure jig and fixture are designed/fabricated appropriately for aiding measurement if required.
Perform measurement equipment programming.
Ensures parts meet design specifications, test & quality requirements and notifies the suppliers of approved or non-approved results with proper analysis / reporting.
Supplier management and development activities.
Managing of Incoming inspection activities.

Requirements:- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines
