Human Resources and Admin Executive - Tampines

Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations, tax clearance etc
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management
  • Support line managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Provide HR support in recruitment from sourcing to placement, drafting of the job advertisement and facilitate interviews and follow-up to identify suitable candidates
  • Provide office administrative support
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ HR experience
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and a good team player
  • Conversant with Infotech System (payroll and e-leave module) will be an added advantage
  • Able to start within short notice preferred.
