Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage full-spectrum HR functions, including payroll, leave, attendance, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Plan and execute staff engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies on HR and office matters while managing procurement and cost control.
  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel and visa arrangements, meeting preparation, and handling correspondence

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in office management, HR administration, or executive secretary roles.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll processes.
