Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage full-spectrum HR functions, including payroll, leave, attendance, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Plan and execute staff engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies on HR and office matters while managing procurement and cost control.
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel and visa arrangements, meeting preparation, and handling correspondence
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience in office management, HR administration, or executive secretary roles.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll processes.
