Procurement Executive - Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, solicit quotations, and negotiate favorable terms to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Process purchase requisitions with accuracy and efficiency, generating purchase orders in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and procurement best practices to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Support the Head of Procurement with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to evaluate vendor proposals and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic work setting.
• Candidates with significant experience may be considered for a senior role, with remuneration adjusted accordingly.
