The role

A tier-1 asset management firm is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Team Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join their investment team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Team
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
  • Preparing documents, presentations and other business materials
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and other inquiries in a professional manner
  • Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Secretary or Administrative Assistant, ideally within the asset management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work with a customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the business
