Clinic Assistant (Primary Care / GP Clinic)

Salary: SGD $2,000 – $3,200 (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our medical clinic. The role involves patient registration, assisting doctors during consultations, and ensuring smooth clinic workflow while delivering a high standard of patient care.

• Patient Registration & Front Desk
• Register patients accurately using clinic management systems
• Handle appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and enquiries (phone/WhatsApp)
• Process payments and issue invoices/receipts

• Assist doctors during consultations and basic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, medical instruments, and consumables
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking height, weight, blood pressure (if trained)

• Assist in medication dispensing under supervision
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates of medications and consumables
• Support stock ordering and inventory control

• Handle medical reports, referrals, and documentation
• Assist with TPA/insurance claims submission (e.g., Fullerton, Alliance, MHC, etc.)
• Perform daily closing and basic reconciliation tasks
• Patient Experience & Clinic Upkeep
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clinic at all times

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and adapt

• Experience in GP clinic or primary care setting (not always necessary)
• Familiarity with clinic management systems (e.g., Plato, CMS)
• Experience handling TPA/insurance claims
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player

• Training provided (no experience candidates welcome)
