Job Scope

Patient Service / Clinic Roles:

Patient registration, appointment scheduling
Billing, payment collection & cashiering
Frontline customer service & enquiries
Assist doctors/nurses during consultation
Basic measurements

Dental Assistant:

Chairside assisting dentist
Prepare instruments & sterilisation
Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms

Healthcare Assistant (HCA):

Assist nurses in patient care
Support daily activities (feeding, transferring, hygiene)
Ensure patient safety and comfort

Admin Assistant:

Data entry, documentation & reports
Scheduling, coordination & admin support
Any other duties as assigned
