About The Role

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth. You will lead global regional sales, solutions, marketing, and delivery teams to provide customers with the most valuable AI storage products. Together with numerous partners, you will build a win-win sales ecosystem.

You'll develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead all aspects of sales across APAC, Middle East, Japan and Korea market, , driving new customer acquisition, expansion, and partner growth.
  • Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Will have significant interaction with the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers and partners to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product team to deliver a excellent customer experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and forecasts to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership roles, preferably selling highly technical products including AI/GPU Infrastructure, Parallel File Systems.
  • 2nd or 3rd line leader at a $50m-$100M software company
  • Proven success leading regional teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience building and scaling go-to-market teams in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Ability to lead through influence, motivate teams, and build a collaborative culture.
  • Deep understanding of AI/HPC infrastructure, cloud ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Coming and knowing WEKA, Vast Data, DDN, IBM Spectrum Scale, Pure Storage is a strong plus.
  • Having strong connections within the NVIDIA ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
