Technical / Project Manager (Industrial Process Skid)

The Opportunity:

The personnel will be supporting regional projects from proposal, design, fabrication, testing, to commissioning. The role also involves technical coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

The Job:

• Lead mechanical and process design for skid-mounted systems, including preparation and review of P&IDs, GA drawings, layouts, and engineering calculations.
• Perform process and mechanical sizing such as piping, valves, regulators, flow instruments, and pressure drop calculations.
• Review vendor drawings, datasheets, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, workshop, and project teams to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
• Provide technical support during proposal stage, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant international standards, codes, and company engineering practices.
• Support engineering documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in mechanical and/or process engineering, preferably in gas metering, analyzer systems, skid packages, oil & gas, or energy industry.
• Experience in preparing P&IDs, GA drawings, datasheets, and engineering calculations.
• Familiar with international standards such as ASME, API, ISO, and pressure piping/mechanical design practices.
• Experience in FAT, commissioning, and vendor coordination will be an advantage.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.
• Willng to work from home permanently and travel within APAC as requested (50% - 60% work travel in a year)
