Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to lead and support IT projects, product development, AI-driven business transformation, infrastructure setup, and compliance initiatives. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic goals, delivered on time, and optimized for performance, innovation, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with system owners, business users, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Document detailed user requirements including data workflows, mockup UI designs, use cases, and database schema designs.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap discussions.
• Identify and propose suitable IT and AI solutions, considering risk, cost, and feasibility.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and intelligent systems.
• Define business use cases for AI applications such as predictive analytics, chatbots, and process automation.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of AI models and tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Prepare test plans and user guides aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate and assist in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Conduct system demos and provide training and testing support.

• Assist in network configuration tasks including IP setup, firewall rules, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Support hardware setup including workstations, servers, routers, and peripheral devices.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure systems are properly configured and maintained.
• Provide Level 1 technical support to clients and users.

• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for optimization and digital transformation.
• Recommend and implement process improvements using technology and data insights.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of implemented changes.

• Participate in activities related to ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and audits, including risk assessments, control documentation, and policy reviews.
• Support initiatives and documentation for CREST certification, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with data protection, security, and governance frameworks.

• Track project progression and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with IT governance and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with programming languages and technologies such as:
• PHP, C#, .NET
• MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to AI technologies, data analytics, or automation tools.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware setup.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and CREST certification frameworks.
