Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner – Temenos Transact (Private Banking)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner / Process Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) and Private Banking to support and deliver core banking initiatives within a regulated banking environment.

The role is responsible for bridging business needs and technology solutions, driving requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation support across multiple banking domains. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams within the core banking ecosystem
• Analyse, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and data mappings
• Perform process analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for system enhancements and new initiatives
• Propose scalable and innovative solutions while minimising operational and delivery risks
• Ensure system solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements

• Lead and coordinate requirement analysis, system enhancements, and solution design for core banking projects
• Support end-to-end delivery including development, testing, data migration, UAT, training, and production release
• Maintain accurate documentation including change logs, functional specifications, user guides, and status reports
• Support Agile delivery using Scrum / Kanban, including backlog refinement and sprint planning

• Act as a liaison between business users, internal IT teams, vendors, and external partners
• Ensure clarity of requirements and ownership across stakeholders
• Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to project leads in a timely manner
• Support governance, audit, and regulatory review activities

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
• Strong documentation and process modelling skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
• Mandatory experience in banking / financial services

• Proven experience in IT Business Analysis / Product Ownership / Process Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking systems, preferably Temenos Transact (T24)
• Private Banking domain expertise, including:
• Credit products (e.g. Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees)
• Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products
• Exposure to Transact modules such as AA (Arrangement Architecture), SC (Securities), DX (Derivatives), SY (Structured Products), MD (Guarantees)
• Experience driving PLWs and supporting system implementations
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

• Experience with SWIFT messaging and market data providers (e.g. Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
• SQL and data analysis experience for reconciliation and reporting
• Exposure to Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Treasury systems
