Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site training in accordance with project requirements
- Deliver timely technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to ensure equipment is fully operational
- Support a wide range of diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) for service and training purposes
- Maintain and ensure all technical and training documentation is accurate, updated, and well-organized
- Conduct technical training for distributors and dealers to enhance service and troubleshooting capabilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to ensure effective issue resolution
- Provide technical support for factory testing of special projects
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend effective solutions
- Handle warranty-related technical assessments and support resolution processes
- Perform any other service, technical, or training duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Willing to travel within Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia region as required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and task-oriented mindset
- Customer-focused with strong service orientation and enthusiasm for power generation systems
- Experience with engines such as MHI, MTU, John Deere, or Volvo is an advantage
- Strong team player with good communication skills and ability to work independently
