About the role

Buildo Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a detailed and organised HR Admin Assistant to join our team in Braddell, Central Region. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our growing HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintain and update worker records and personnel files
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related procedures
  • Work pass application, arrange worker medical check, PCP medical update, Safety course, insurance etc.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required
What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, fresh graduate also welcome, training will be provided
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including employee onboarding and benefits administration
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
