About the role
Anchorage Construction Co. Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing timely solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, optimising costs and maximising efficiency
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the civil engineering sector
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects within time and budget constraints
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant professional certifications
