Other Information:
- Working Day: 5.5 Days (Saturday Half Day)
- Working Hour: 9am-6pm // 9am-1pm (Saturday)
- Working Location: Site based (West area)
- Office Location: Sembawang (Gambas Crescent)
- Salary Range: $6000-$8000 + Transport Allowance
- Entitled AWS and Performance Bonus
- Lead Projects: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budgets.
- Manage Teams: Supervise and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient task completion and project success.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management and clients.
- Experienced Professional: At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management, with a strong local background.
- Technical Skills: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, and knowledge of residential and commercial building electrical works.
- Leadership Ability: Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively, with excellent communication skills.
