JOB PURPOSE

To support the smooth operations and client servicing of our Retail Shop front and coordinate the workshop garment deliverables that is required for our clients.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Shop Front responsibilities:

Take measurements of clients, input measurements into measurement sheets and update to archive. (To be trained in measurements)
Understand the products that we offer and fabrics knowledge to impart to clients, learn to take fittings for clients and conduct fitting sessions
Service clients, as well as maintaining good client relationships. Operate and run the ready to wear collection area.
Do fabric ordering for new purchases.
Ensure garments are ready for clients for fittings
Coordinate garments after fittings to be send back to workshop.
R&R brand ambassador- Deliver service excellence.
Housekeeping of the retail store front.

Back End Workshop coordination

Manage workflow to workshop, coordinate scheduling of garment allocation to various craftsmen.
Coordinate and check in on garment deliverables for fittings.
Track deadlines for garment make and ensure smooth coordination of garments from workshop to retail shop and vice versa.
