Role Focus: Plan the overall structure of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
Decide on integration strategies with other systems.
Ensure platform scalability, security, and best practices.
Guide developers and provide technical leadership.

Skills Required:

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules and platform architecture
Integration experience (APIs, web services)
Solution design & system strategy

ServiceNow Business Analyst

Role Focus: Bridge business requirements with technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for ITSM/ITBM/ITOM processes.
Translate requirements into user stories or functional specifications.
Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure solution meets business needs.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.

Skills Required:
