TCM / Massage Therapist

Working Days / Hour: [Weekdays (10.45am-9pm) & weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)] - 6 rest days (on roster)
Salary: $2,500 to $6,000

Working Location: Office – Ang Mo Kio / Multiple Location

Job Requirements

Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine
With relevant working experience is a plus
Training provided

Job Duties

Experience in beautician / skincare / TCM Spa will be a plus
Makes professional recommendations on treatment packages and products to customers
Achieve sales targets and outcome within schedule
Provide professional treatments and massage to clients
Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records
Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from burning/injuring customers)
Provide high quality customer service
Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies
Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
