TCM / Massage Therapist
Working Days / Hour: [Weekdays (10.45am-9pm) & weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)] - 6 rest days (on roster)Salary: $2,500 to $6,000
Working Location: Office – Ang Mo Kio / Multiple Location
Job Requirements- Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine
- With relevant working experience is a plus
- Training provided
- Experience in beautician / skincare / TCM Spa will be a plus
- Makes professional recommendations on treatment packages and products to customers
- Achieve sales targets and outcome within schedule
- Provide professional treatments and massage to clients
- Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records
- Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
- Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from burning/injuring customers)
- Provide high quality customer service
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
- Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
