As a Sales Executive, you will be required to handle following task: -
- Support to implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and increase revenue within the food production sector.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, and establish new business relationships through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's food products, features, uses, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their requirements.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company's products.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, aiming to secure profitable deals and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for business growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, finance and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
- Minimum ITE or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food trading industry.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food industry or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Possess Class 3 driving license with own transport.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
