The Role
We're seeking a personable and driven Showroom Sales Executive passionate about interiors and client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist showroom visitors with personalized product guidance
- Understand client needs to recommend suitable cabinetry/wardrobe solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain client engagement (WhatsApp, Website, email, calls)
- Coordinate with marketing, design & project teams for smooth order handling
- Support in quoting, admin, and showroom upkeep
- Experience in interior/furniture sales or retail preferred
- Strong communication in English & Mandarin
- Customer-focused, organized, and responsive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (5-day week)
