Media Sales Executive | 5 Days Office Hour | Ubi | Up To $3.7k Basic

Job Details:

Salary: Basic Up To $3700 (based on experience) + commission + $850 monthly transport allowance

• Duration: Perm
• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30 am to 6pm

Job Scope:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and media agency partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Present, negotiate, and close sales deals for sponsorships, digital advertising, events, and marketing solutions.
• Understand client industry needs to design customized marketing and advertising solutions.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients and support their key marketing initiatives.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for business development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Media or Advertising Sales.
• Understanding of CTV, OTT, and Streaming platforms, including the use of first-party data analytics.
• Ability to manage both strategic planning and operational execution.
• Strong individual contributor who works well in collaborative team environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
