We are seeking a Senior/ Assistant Manager to lead our merchandise and marketing initiatives across both online and in-store channels. You'll develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, optimise our retail operations, and enhance the overall customer experience while ensuring seamless integration between our digital platforms and physical stores.

What You'll Do:

You will drive sustainable business growth by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue across both traditional and digital channels. Your role involves leading omnichannel marketing strategies, driving e-commerce and online sales growth, and optimizing product presentation across digital platforms and retail displays.
You will be involved in end-to-end campaign planning and communication, oversee instore display and space management, managing online vendors and platforms, strengthening SOP and process governance, and supporting business development through events and roadshows.

You will also oversee customer experience and service across channels to deliver a consistent and engaging brand journey. You will need to be a strategic thinker with strong project management and communication skills, capable of integrating marketing, merchandising, and operational excellence to deliver measurable business results.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with preferably 2 years’ working experience in Retail Marketing/ e-commerce/ omnichannel sales
Prior experience in the retail industry in a supervisory capacity would be desirable
Experience working with POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools would be an advantage
Good supervisory and leadership skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop effective solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage change
A team player and strong collaborator with the initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned
