As an Assistant Manager, HR Manpower Planning, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Extract and analyse data from HR systems to prepare reports and generate workforce insights for manpower dashboards and regular reporting.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics to monitor workforce trends and key performance indicators.
• Support manpower planning by working with HR teams and stakeholders to consolidate and analyse workforce projections.
• Maintain accurate establishment records and budgeted FTEs to support budgeting, recruitment, and reporting processes.
• Review and validate manpower projections and establishment data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure proper data management and upkeep of HR systems and tracking files.
• Provide analytical support and advice on HR data and workforce insights.
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower planning or HR. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Assistant Manager position.
• Experience in using data visualisation tools.
