Procurement & Tendering Officer|Govt|Contract

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to support the effective delivery of procurement strategies, tendering processes, and contract management for our operations. This role offers exposure to government procurement practices and opportunities to build expertise in sourcing and contract management.

• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that support operational needs
• Prepare and manage quotation and tender documents, including demand aggregation for common requirements across departments
• Oversee quotation and tendering processes through electronic systems (e.g. GeBIZ)
• Monitor procurement progress to ensure timely contract award and implementation
• Provide professional advice on sourcing, contract management, and spend analysis
• Document lessons learned, good practices, and highlight any irregularities for case studies
• Support other ad-hoc procurement initiatives or projects as assigned

• Tertiary qualification; fresh graduates welcome. Diploma holders with relevant experience will be considered
• Prior experience in procurement and/or public sector procurement (e.g. Government procurement procedures) is an advantage
• Keen interest in developing procurement knowledge and skills
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with GeBIZ, SAP or similar systems is preferred
