Singapore - IT Project Manager (Cloud & Compliance/ 2-Year Govt Contract/ Up to $6K)

We’re hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead full-cycle projects across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. If you're skilled in IM8 compliance, project coordination, and stakeholder management, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive mission-critical public sector initiatives.

• ? Salary: Up to $6,000/month

• ? Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• ? Experience: Min. 5 years in IT project and operations management
• ? Singaporeans only
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle: from budgeting and tender to implementation and maintenance
• Coordinate vendors and users across deployment, service continuity, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure compliance with IM8 governance, audits, and VAPT resolutions
• Oversee systems during warranty and maintenance phases to ensure smooth operations
• Provide case management support and troubleshoot incidents with minimal disruption
• Execute procurement processes including approval, tender specs, and vendor management
• Document project progress, manage regular updates, and support secretariat functions

• Degree holder in IT or Computer Science (PMP or technical certifications preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in IT projects and operations (public sector preferred)
• Strong in IM8 compliance, vendor coordination, and project documentation
• Familiarity with:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Able to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively
