Finance Executive- 6 Months Contract

We are currently on a lookout for passionate individuals to join us as an Finance Executive.
Job Description:
- Perform Account Receivables duties such as arrears management, debtors' reconciliation, and monthly reporting
- Handle general administrative duties
- Perform counter duties on rotation basis (e.g. collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries, etc.) and perform day-end closing
- Answer telephone enquiries by residents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
- Meticulous, organized and responsible with high degree of initiative
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work for 6 months
- Able to start work immediately (preferred)
