Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Account Receivables duties such as arrears management, debtors' reconciliation, and monthly reporting
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Perform counter duties on rotation basis (e.g. collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries, etc.) and perform day-end closing
  • Answer telephone enquiries by residents
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
  • Meticulous, organized and responsible with high degree of initiative
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work for 6 months
  • Able to start work immediately (preferred)
