- Lead planning and execution of multi-brand projects, including defining scope, delegating work, and overseeing project management.
- Monitor drafting, production, and project schedules to ensure milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required specifications, quality standards, and client expectations, including handling changes and defect closure.
