Customer Service Executive (6 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries various channels (I.e. Phone, WhatsApp and Email), ensuring timely and professional responses
- Review and enhance existing customer service and objection-handling processes to improve overall experience
- Review existing telecommunications systems and tools to ensure features and solutions are aligned with evolving business objectives and the intended customer journey
- Support and participate in initiatives aimed at improving turnaround time, customer satisfaction and digital/self-service adoption
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure cases are resolved within agreed timelines and in line with compliance requirements
- Handle administrative requests such as early termination quotations, audit confirmations and monthly invoicing
- Prepare and consolidate monthly customer service performance reports for management review
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer / Management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service within a financial institution or banking environment, preferably in the lending business
- Understanding of the automotive financing lifecycle
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with internal systems
- Responsible, adaptable and able to learn quickly
