Job SummaryWe are seeking a Vice President of AI Research and Development tolead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-gradeAI Agent platforms. The role focuses on building intelligentautomation solutions that enable organizations to create,orchestrate, and deploy autonomous AI Agents, addressing keyenterprise challenges in AI adoption, governance, and operationalefficiency.
### Key Responsibilities#### Strategic Leadership & Platform Development
- Plan and lead the overall architecture, design, and end-to-enddevelopment of enterprise AI Agent platforms (Intelligent AgentCloud Platforms).
- Oversee the creation, orchestration, and deployment of autonomousintelligent agents capable of executing complex business workflows.
- Drive the development of modular and scalable AI Agent frameworksthat support both individual and multi-agent collective intelligencesystems.
- Lead the unified integration of multiple AI models (commercial andproprietary) into a centralized platform, including centralizedmanagement of computing resources, data pipelines, and digitalworkforce capabilities.
- Develop tools that enable business users to transform standardoperating procedures (SOPs) into reusable, production-ready AIAgents with minimal technical expertise.
- Build advanced platform capabilities for comprehensive AI assetvisibility, including real-time Token-level consumption tracking,ROI analytics, and enterprise-wide AI adoption reporting.
- Design and implement flexible, secure deployment architecturescovering public cloud infrastructure and on-premise/edge terminalsolutions (including compact edge devices).
- Ensure platform robustness in the areas of scalability,reliability, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead continuous optimization of AI Agent performance, multi-agentcoordination, and system integration with external tools, APIs, andenterprise systems.
- Provide senior technical leadership and mentorship to the AI R&Dteam, fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.
- Address critical enterprise AI challenges, including AI usagetransparency (management blind spots), rapid technology iteration,shadow AI risks, and protection of sensitive data.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business,product, engineering, and operations) to align AI Agent platformcapabilities with strategic business objectives.
- Drive innovation in intelligent automation to deliver measurablebusiness impact through production-grade AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technicalfield.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in AI research anddevelopment, with proven track record in building and scalingenterprise AI platforms or intelligent automation systems.
- Strong experience in AI Agent platform architecture, modelintegration and orchestration, agentic workflows, and multi-agentsystems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise AI governance, data privacy,Token-level resource management, and deployment strategies (cloud +edge).
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks for buildingscalable AI systems (Python ecosystem and modern AI developmenttools).
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical teams through complexAI platform development projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functionalcollaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into businessvalue and strategic roadmaps.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with afocus on delivering production-ready solutions.
