About the role

We are looking for an Operation Assistant to join our team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our dynamic Commodities Trading business.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the processing of import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures
Provide logistical support for the movement of commodities, including liaising with shipping companies and freight forwarders
Maintain accurate records and databases related to commodities trading activities
Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within the import/export or commodities trading industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
