- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production areas
- Support daily production targets and yield requirements
- Assist in troubleshooting operational and production issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Perform general production duties and manual handling tasks as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Candidates from FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or semiconductor industries are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of GMP and hygiene practices is advantageous
- Able to commit to 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
- Basic computer literacy and English communication skills required
