  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and loan repayment instructions
  • Maintain and update member records

  • Attend to member enquiries across multiple touchpoints
  • Support business system implementation and enhancements
  • Contribute towards process improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:
