- Process loan applications and fixed deposit transactions
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and loan repayment instructions
- Maintain and update member records
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal tracking and audit purposes
- Attend to member enquiries across multiple touchpoints
- Support business system implementation and enhancements
- Contribute towards process improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Min. diploma qualification, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
