Responsible for the development and execution of Strategic and Integrated Communications to strengthen visibility, awareness and understanding of MINDS, and to spread the narrative of inclusion, empowerment and advocacy for PWIDs.

MINDS 65th Anniversary (M65)- Lead coordination of deliverables and timelines across creative and production milestones. This includes overseeing the development of the campaign's visual identity, creation of M65 publication and production of commemorative items.
- Develop posts for MINDS social media platforms. This includes the creation of visuals (static/ GIFs/ carousel) and content development/ editing.
- Manage social media community
- Engage (ongoing) influencers to amplify the reach of MINDS' content
- Initiate and expand MINDS social media influence and engagement, through new channels, content creation, etc.
- Ensure MINDS' social media platforms are maintained and maximised for engagement and storytelling, through development of social media content calendar, etc
- Manage social media analysis and measurement of outreach success/outcomes.
- Manage and update website content on WordPress, ensuring information relayed to the public is accurate, consistent and in alignment with organisational messaging. This includes content refresh, copy editing and coordination of updates with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare consolidated updates for internal reporting
- Provide PR_ support for MINDS events and announcements, including coordination with media outlets.
- Support photography and asset management for media and corporate use.
- Review and facilitate external partners' requests for collaboration and publicity materials with mention of MINDS, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Support the development and production of corporate publications e.g. corporate brochure, annual report, newsletters and videos.
- Generate ideas to elevate the brand while providing assistance to entities to ensure compliance of branding guidelines.

Qualifications- Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ or relevant subjects
- At least 2 years of work experience in communications, marketing, content creation; with good grasp of written, editorial and oral communications
- Good grasp of written, editorial and oral communications
- An eye for photography and graphic design
- Added advantage for those with knowledge / skill /experience in graphic design, video editing, media relations, corporate branding, digital marketing, WordPress, SEO
