Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to support talent acquisition efforts in the healthcare and life sciences sector. This internship offers valuable exposure to recruitment strategies and the opportunity to build foundational HR skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating candidates through both online and offline channels, including social media and recruitment events
• Contribute to the development of creative and effective recruitment strategies
• Support the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring stages
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including events, sourcing campaigns, and referral programs
• Build networks of passive candidates and maintain candidate engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: A Level / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• No prior experience required
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or the healthcare/life sciences industry
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
