Senior Executive, Human Resources

This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and will play a hands-on, proactive role in talent acquisition and the delivery of HR services. The incumbent will be instrumental in supporting the company’s people strategy, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle for the assigned division, including onboarding, orientation, exit management, retirement, and re-employment processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain and administer employee records, including work pass applications and renewals, in compliance with company policies and Singapore manpower regulations.
  • Handle employee disciplinary matters and grievances professionally and impartially, ensuring adherence to employment laws and organisational policies.
  • Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation such as appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, terminations, retirements, and retrenchments.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and facilitating conflict resolution where necessary.
  • Support and participate in the annual performance management exercise, including related administrative processes.
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing for the Singapore entity, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in HR operations, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and payroll administration will be an added advantage.
