Sales Executive / Senior Executive

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Executive / Senior Executive to support the Business team in customer engagement, sales coordination, and marketing activities. The successful candidate will assist in driving sales operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the readiness of sales demonstration materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Managers in daily sales activities and administrative coordination.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Assist to prepare quotations and coordinate with the Finance Department on purchase orders and invoicing matters.
• Assist in maintaining and updating sales records, reports, and customer information.
• Support marketing activities and coordination with the Marketing team.
• Manage and maintain Sales & Marketing materials, including demo drones, demonstration equipment, and marketing brochures.
• Assist the Marketing team to ensure the demo area and equipment are fully prepared and operational for customer demonstrations and visits.
• Assist in organizing product demonstrations, client meetings, and marketing events.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Business.

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or business development.
• Experience working with technical or engineering-related products will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous.
