Job Description

We are looking for a HR Administrator (Operations & Compliance) to provide day‑to‑day HR administrative and operational support to the Singapore HR team, with exposure to regional HR activities across Singapore and Malaysia.

This is a support role focused on coordination, documentation, and accurate execution of HR operational tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The role works closely with senior HR team members and supports compliance‑related HR activities.

We welcome fresh graduates, candidates with HR qualifications but limited experience, and individuals making a mid‑career change. Candidates are not expected to fulfil all responsibilities listed; training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR operational and administrative support, including documentation, coordination, and record‑keeping
  • Support employee insurance administration, including enrolment changes and claims coordination
  • Liaise with insurance brokers and HR vendors on operational matters
  • Arrange and coordinate pre‑employment medical check‑ups
  • Collate documents and support applications for various work pass types (e.g. Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass)
  • Support training administration, including registrations, attendance tracking, and record maintenance
  • Maintain accurate HR trackers and documentation to support audit, reporting, and team backup
  • Coordinate with the Malaysia HR team on regional HR operational matters
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration or related fields are advantageous)
  • Willingness to learn and handle operational and administrative work
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Advantageous (but not required):

  • Experience or exposure to insurance administration or vendor coordination
  • Experience supporting work pass applications
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
  • Exposure to HR systems
