Azbil is expanding its businesses in the areas of building automation, advanced automation for factories and plants, and life automation for essential services and people’s health and well-being.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Associate to support the HR & admin operations and provide support to the management of Azbil’s Strategic Planning & Development Office.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee payroll operations with precision, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Administer and support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data and records within the HRIS system
  • Arrange HR-related initiatives such as training programmes, staff engagement activities, and team-building events
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization, including monitoring and managing office supplies, equipment, service contracts and travel arrangements
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
  • Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, presentations, and handling confidential documents
  • Organise and prepare presentations, memos, minutes, and materials for internal and external meetings and events
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative and HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
