Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Central Kitchen Operations Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and compliance with food safety standards while managing kitchen teams effectively.

• Oversee daily central kitchen operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Lead and manage chefs, kitchen supervisors, and support staff to achieve operational goals
• Plan and coordinate food production schedules to meet business demands and deadlines
• Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and control stock to reduce waste
• Implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses
• Train, guide, and evaluate kitchen staff performance to enhance skills and productivity
• Ensure strict compliance with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop and refine kitchen processes for continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing central kitchen or large-scale kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen compliance requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team collaboration
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
