Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive, Foreign Worker Management to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing the full lifecycle of foreign worker work passes, and enhancing the overall employee experience for our foreign workforce.You will also play a key part in streamlining processes and improving employee experience.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and foreign worker repatriation in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
- Maintain and update foreign workers' personal records (e.g., address, passport details) with authorities.
- Coordinate and schedule housing inspections; ensure accommodations meet regulatory standards.
- Function as main point of contact for all foreign workers and related matters.
- Support foreign workers with queries related to housing, work passes, and administrative matters.
- Review existing processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
- Work with internal stakeholders on foreign worker levy waiver as per MOM regulations
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- With 2 to 3 years of experience in foreign workforce operations, preferably with knowledge of MOM processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Proactive, strong team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
