Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Strategist & Planner to support the Managing Director in building, operationalising, testing, and refining AI tools and workflows across the organisation. This role will drive the integration of AI across creative content, strategic planning, business development, and new revenue generation.

The role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while also executing hands-on AI implementation. You should be highly curious, commercially aware, creative, and comfortable experimenting rapidly with new technologies and workflows.

Key Areas of Impact
  1. Creative Content & Media Innovation

Use AI to enhance creative ideation, content production, campaign execution, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows for content ideation, scripting, copywriting, research, and campaign planning
  • Experiment with AI tools for video generation, image generation, voiceovers, editing, and creative automation
  • Support creative teams in scaling content production while maintaining quality and brand consistency
  • Build prompt libraries, templates, and internal AI systems for repeatable creative execution
  • Explore how AI can improve audience targeting, engagement, personalisation, and trend analysis
  • Test emerging AI tools relevant to marketing, social media, storytelling, and digital campaigns

  • Identify how AI can enhance service offerings and client deliverables
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services
  • Explore opportunities to position the organisation as an AI-enabled strategic partner
  • Support the Managing Director in identifying commercially viable AI opportunities

Preferred Experience
  • Strategy, consulting, operations, marketing, innovation, or business development experience
  • Familiarity and enthusiasm with experimenting on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar tools
  • Some experience implementing AI workflows or automation systems
  • Understanding of digital media, content production, or commercial strategy is advantageous
