Senior/ Sales Executive (Farmer Sales, Account Management)

• Build and maintain good clients relationship with existing customer base
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify new markets to improve overall sales
• Manage a portfolio of key regional accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving client satisfaction
• Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to grow revenue streams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and product development
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities and client needs to inform business decisions
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to management
• Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Maritime Studies or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of sales, inside sales, key account experience, preferably dealing with maritime/ industril/ offshore-related industry
• Overseas work traveling is required for this role
