Key Responsibilities:.
- Spearhead the recruitment strategy for senior sales positions, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality candidates for both technical and commercial roles.
- Design and implement attractive employee benefits packages and HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and aligning with current market trends.
- Develop and manage a performance evaluation process, driving accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Lead recruitment efforts to source and hire exceptional IT talent for the team, as well as top-performing sales professionals to enhance our commercial team
- Support organizational change initiatives by promoting HR programs that cultivate a positive workplace culture and boost employee engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR programs with the organization’s broader business objectives, providing strategic support to drive overall success.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative HR tasks to support the smooth functioning of the R&D team and facilitate team members’ needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment, policy development, and performance management.
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing talent for both technical and sales roles
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, particularly within the tech and sales sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
