We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Program Engineer to provide support to project requests and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle L1 operations & support duties
Manage service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for IT infrastructure related issues
Support and respond to user project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts and incidents
Provide support to the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, planning, coordination, implementation and testing
Prepare project-related reports and documentation for the PMO team
Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
IT qualification with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience / background
Possess hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure (such as troubleshooting / issue resolution, performance monitoring, etc.)
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Experience in Programming / Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript) will be an advantage

Preferred / Desirable Requirements:

Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of the below areas will be an advantage

Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)
Database and Storage
Middleware and Services
Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability management)

Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components
Service delivery and management
