Addressing customer inquiries regarding shipping status, resolving issues related to deliveries, and providing timely updates
Communicate and process Return policy to customers.
Efficiently maintain and improve product line knowledge, promotional services, marketing tools, and service techniques.
Facilitate requests for product samples for both domestic and international customers.
Suggest website product information and data retrieval to customers.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
