Customer Service Officer (6 Months Contract)

About the Role

Join a customer-focused team supporting frontline operations and administrative services in a professional environment. This role involves handling customer enquiries, supporting operational processes, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth service delivery.

Employment Type: 6 months contract

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide support over the counter and via phone
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including reminders and surveys
• Assist stakeholders with service-related enquiries and administrative matters
• Perform data entry, filing, document management, and case monitoring duties
• Support statistical reporting and administrative tracking activities
• Assist with backend system testing for e-services where required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

• Diploma qualification with preferably at least 3 years of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferably with customer service experiences
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable handling administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced setting
