About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to support daily operations at Mobot HQ. This role involves coordinating customer service, after-sales support, and technician scheduling while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable handling customer communication in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Coordination
  • Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate servicing, repairs, and after-sales support
  • Schedule and coordinate jobs with technicians
  • Follow up with customers on repair status and service updates
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues professionally
  • Ensure customers receive timely updates and support
Operational Support
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales staff, and technicians
  • Assist with service documentation and job tracking
  • Support showroom and daily operational activities when required
  • Maintain proper records of customer cases and service requests
Sales Support
  • Support walk-in customers with basic product enquiries
  • Assist the sales team during busy periods
  • Coordinate product collection and delivery arrangements where needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, retail operations, or coordination experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Language Requirement
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking technicians and customers
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in retail, healthcare, automotive, electronics, or service coordination is an advantage
  • Experience handling after-sales support or service scheduling is a plus
