Job Scope:

Admin (Logistics & Purchasing)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate delivery and transport between internal departments and external vendors.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure all items are ordered correctly.
  • Communicate with suppliers to check on stock availability and delivery status.
  • Assist in checking and comparing prices from different vendors.
  • Update purchasing records and handle logistics-related paperwork.

Customer Service Officer (Retail)

Responsibilities
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist with their product inquiries.
  • Handle sales transactions and process payments at the cashier counter.
  • Manage customer complaints or feedback professionally.
  • Share information about ongoing store promotions and memberships.
  • Ensure the storefront is tidy and products are well-displayed.

Receptionist

Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and welcome visitors with a friendly attitude.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the right person.
  • Handle appointment bookings and manage the daily calendar.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, parcels, and couriers.
  • Assist in simple administrative tasks and keep the reception area clean.
